Areas of Practice

Estate Planning

The world of estate planning is ever growing and evolving. With the consistent introduction of varying revenue streams and distribution channels, the opportunity for profit grows, but so does the complexity. I take pride in researching and navigating the often foggy landscape of Estate Planning. I can provide clients with tools to secure their legacy and distribute assets using a will, trust, healthcare proxy, advanced medical directive, or durable power of attorney.

Real Property Law

Purchasing real property can be an overwhelming process, so it is my duty to guide clients through the steps and protect their interests. I review the real estate purchase agreement, inform the client of anticipated closing costs, provide a title search, and attend the closing to ensure calculations are correct.

Family Law

Family Law is a practice area that is meant to enhance communication and resolve disputes. Legal services include establishing paternity, negotiating a fair custody agreement, and petitioning for support. A successful case requires creativity and compassion.

Elder Law

When someone can no longer manage day-to-day activities, a court may appoint a legal guardian to oversee their care and estate. Court evaluators are trained to investigate whether or not a guardian is properly managing a person’s assets with their best interest in mind. As a certified court evaluator, I can help clients navigate through the guardianship process to ensure their loved one is protected.
